1. Acceptance of Terms

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, betpm Philippines, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

• Costs of procuring substitute services
• Emotional distress or reputational harm
• Personal injury or property damage

In no event shall betpm's total aggregate liability exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time the claim arose, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless betpm Philippines and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) maintains regulatory oversight of betpm operations, and all gaming activities are subject to PAGCOR regulations.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings against betpm Philippines.

11. Modifications to Terms
